All our pork is sourced from BE Campbell which is an Australian owned family business that has been around for over 50 years. All their items we stock are moisture infused which ensures it doesn't dry out during the cooking process. Even the most inexperienced of cooks at home won't be able to overcook it. They have their own breeding and abattoirs at each of their facilities so you can be assured all their animals are treated humanely from start to finish. The meat literally melts in your mouth.
